I like the tight composition, really brings the viewer into the magnified world of the girl.
Wow, very good, and all done on the wacom, I've yet to try a drawing from scratch on mine.
The only thing that would be better here, would be a pop of color where the bug is on the ground to draw your eye down to that area. Excellent take on this topic.
